About Us

The late Arthur Ziegenhorn and his wife Ruth began building and purchasing commercial
properties in the City of Sikeston in the 1950’s. After the couple passed in, their siblings
have continued to maintain existing properties and invest in new properties.
Some of our tenants include the Social Security since 1974 in two locations, Liberty Utilities
since 2010, Truck Pro since 1997, and the Sikeston Office of Missouri Probation and Parole
since 2002.

If we do not show a commercial property that could meet your needs, we network with other
commercial property landlords in Sikeston and Southeast Missouri. We may be able to
